Creator terms

What a creator agrees to: the licence to print and sell their designs, the royalty, and how a page ends.

Version 2026-11 · in force from 5 November 2026

These terms apply to you when Inni invites you to be a creator and you open a creator page. They add to the Terms of use, which still apply to your account. Where the two differ, these terms apply to your creator page.

1. What a creator page is

A creator page on inni.com shows your story and your designs, and sells your designs printed on Inni garments. Inni is the seller of every order. You accept these terms on your Creator page in your settings; your page goes public only after you have accepted them and completed the checklist shown there.

2. Your designs stay yours

You keep the copyright and every other right in your designs. By publishing a design on your creator page, you give Inni a non-exclusive licence to show the design on inni.com, to print it on Inni garments, and to sell those garments to buyers. The licence also lets Inni show the design in Inni's own channels to present your page. You can use and sell your designs anywhere else at the same time.

The licence lasts as long as the design is published on your page, and for orders already placed, until they are made and delivered.

3. What Inni does

Inni is the seller of record for every order from your page. Inni sets up and runs the page, takes the payment, prints the garment, ships it, and handles customer service, returns and refunds under the Terms of sale. You do not sell anything yourself and you do not handle buyers' personal data.

4. Your royalty

You earn a royalty on every garment sold from your page: 30 % of the selling price without VAT. Delivery and any other fees the buyer pays are not part of the price the royalty is counted on. A different rate applies only if Inni has agreed it with you in writing.

A discount code from Inni does not lower your royalty: the royalty is counted on the price before the code.

If an order is refunded, the royalty on it is reversed. If only part of an order is refunded, only that part is reversed.

5. Payment

Royalties are counted per calendar month. Inni sends you a statement for each month and pays the balance, with no minimum amount. You give Inni the details it needs to pay you, and you are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. If you invoice Inni, the statement is the basis of the invoice.

6. Prices

Inni sets the selling price of the garments on your page, and it may run offers across inni.com. A price set for one of your designs may come later; if it does, it is agreed with you first.

7. Your responsibilities

  • You hold the rights to every design you publish, or you have the permission you need. You do not publish work that copies someone else's.
  • Your designs, story and page follow the Content policy.
  • Your page presents you truthfully. Inni may ask you to change a text or picture that misleads buyers.

If a third party claims that a design of yours breaks their rights, you help Inni answer the claim, and you cover the loss Inni suffers if the claim is right.

8. Taking a design or your page down

You can unpublish a design, or your whole page, at any time from your account. Orders already placed are still made, delivered and paid to you. Inni can unpublish a design that breaks the Content policy or that is the subject of a rights claim, and tells you why unless the law prevents it.

9. Ending

Inni can withdraw your creator status if you break these terms or the Content policy, or if Inni stops running creator pages. Your page is then unpublished. Royalties already earned are paid at the next statement, and the licence in section 2 ends for new sales. Your account, your designs and your order history stay yours.

10. Changes to these terms

Inni may update these terms. The version and the date it took effect are shown at the top of this page. When a new version applies, your Creator page in your settings asks you to accept it; until you do, your page is not public. Royalties on sales already made are not changed.

11. Liability

Inni works to keep your page available and your royalties correct, but cannot promise the site is always uninterrupted or that a design sells. Inni is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, unless the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory law.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Disputes with business users are settled by the Helsinki District Court.
