Terms of use

Your account, the studio and AI tools, your designs, stores and creators.

Version 2026-10 · in force from 6 October 2026

These Terms of use apply when you use inni.com, a store on Inni or the Inni app (the "Service"), with or without an account. By creating an account you accept them. When you buy something, our Terms of sale also apply.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by INNI Finland Oy ("Inni", "we", "us"), Business ID 3649689-6, Satamakatu 1, 00160 Helsinki, Finland. Email: hello@inni.com.

2. Who can use Inni

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

3. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at hello@inni.com if you think someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

4. The Service

Inni lets you design clothing and accessories in a 3D studio, create artwork with AI tools, buy your designs, share them, open a store to sell designs, and buy from other people's stores and creator pages. We keep improving the Service and may change, add or remove features.

5. Rules for content

Everything you upload, type, generate or publish must follow our Content policy. In short, you agree not to:

  • create, publish, sell or order designs that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or that harass or threaten anyone;
  • upload artwork, logos, photos or text that you do not have the right to use;
  • publish other people's personal data;
  • send spam or pretend to be someone else;
  • try to access parts of the Service or its systems you are not allowed to, interfere with them, scrape them with automated tools or upload malware.

We may remove content, refuse to print a design, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, as described in the Content policy.

6. Your designs and content

You keep the rights to the artwork, text and designs you create or upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that printing and selling them does not infringe anyone's rights. If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded, you are responsible for it to the extent the law allows.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, process, render, print and ship your content as needed to run the Service and fulfil orders, and, when you make a design public or sell it in a store, to show it to other people and in previews of it, such as when it is shared on social media. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for orders already placed and copies we must keep by law.

7. Sharing, following and remixing

A design is private until you choose otherwise. You can share it by link, or make it public so it appears on your profile and on Inni. Public profiles, follows and public designs can be seen by anyone.

When you make a design public you choose whether others may remix it. If you allow remixing, other users may make their own version of your design in the studio and order it; the remix shows that it is based on your design. You can change this setting for new remixes at any time.

8. AI tools

The AI tools create images and edits from your prompts. Results can be unexpected and may look like existing works; check them before you buy, publish or sell them. You are responsible for how you use the results, in the same way as for your own uploads. Prompts that break the Content policy are refused. Use of the AI tools has fair-use limits and may use credits; buying credits is covered by the Terms of sale.

9. Stores and creators

Store owners and creators choose the designs and prices they offer, and are responsible for the designs they publish. Inni is the seller of every order, and produces, ships and handles payments, returns and refunds for them (see the Terms of sale). A store may publish its own notes on shipping, returns, privacy and terms; where they differ from Inni's terms, Inni's terms apply. Running a store or a creator page is also subject to the store terms or the Creator terms you accept when you start one, and partner stores to their written agreement with us.

10. Inni's rights

The Inni name, logo, software and site content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you the right to use them, except as part of using the Service.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

12. Liability

We work to keep the Service available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, unless the law says otherwise. For business users, our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if that is higher.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

13. Suspension and closing

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it. Orders already paid are still delivered or refunded.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can take a dispute to the courts there. Consumers in Finland can also take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Disputes with business users are settled by the Helsinki District Court.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about important changes by email or with a notice on the site at least 14 days before they apply. The version and the date it took effect are shown at the top of this page.
